The content of this course is designed to provide the participant with the basic theoretical
knowledge required by the front-line servers working in bar service operations. Participants will
be exposed to different elements related to professional bar service.
The student will also be able to identify basic beverages found in a bar environment and how to
serve them. This includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
knowledge required by the front-line servers working in bar service operations. Participants will
