Enrolment options

Upon successful completion of the Module, the student will have attained the necessary basic skills combined with the relevant customer care aspects to be able to operate competently within a Bar and Restaurant environment fulfilling such roles as Commis Waiter, Bartender, Wine server, Cashier, etc., whilst delivering plated and silver service types as directed by their Lecturer. The course also provides a framework on which to build further studies and to relate further acquired knowledge and experience.
