Foundation Food & Beverage Service - Practical (FCT)

This module is aimed at preparings candidates to perform in a professional and orderly manner in fast food and formal dining environments at a very basic level. on successful completion of this module together with other modules in the Foundation programme will allow students to progress to a higher level of studies and training.
