This module will provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to operate successfully in hospitality service. The content of this course is designed to provide the participant with additinoal knowledge and skills required by the frontline servers who wish to operate in up market food and beverage establishments being the hotels or restaurants.
Participants will gain and strengthen skills and knowledge through practical work in the Institute’s fully equipped restaurant facility and cover the preparation and service aspects of the restaurant besides serving different advanced service methods.
Furthermore, participants will be afforded the opportunity to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and also to the world of wine service.
