Enrolment options

This is an international, part time course designed to give information to adults on the production methods of different spirits around the world. This course teaches using the four key stages of production of spirtis:
Processing the raw materials for whisky, Fruit spirits, flavoured spirits, Vodka, Rum Tequila, Mezcal, Liqueurs, and aromatised wines
Alcoholic fermentation
Distillation operations: pot still and column still
Post-still distillation: maturation, blending and finishing
